Before we fully explore all the options available in the domain level of the Plesk control panel, it is worth mentioning the symbols displayed next to the domains in the client level.

If the domain status displays all 3 green [ON] icons, this indicates that everything is fine with the domain.
One yellow [!] icon indicates that the domain has exceeded its disk space and/or traffic allowance. If you host multiple domains, you can rearrange domain preferences and allocate more space or traffic to the domain displaying this symbol and it will turm into a green [ON] icon indicating that it is operating within domain limits. However, alot of resellers set space limits to zero so they can add many domains. If a domain displays the yellow [!] icon, it does not affect the performance of the domain in any way. Plesk will just send you an automessage informing you the domain is over its limit.

If the middle icon displays a red [X] symbol, this means that your domain has been deactivated by a HostNexus admin. In this scenario, please contact support to discuss why the domain has been suspended. Possible reasons include TOS violations like spamming or resource abuse.

If the third icon displays a red [X] symbol, this indicates you have deactivated the domain. The first page of the domain level manual instructs how to turn off a domain in your account. This feature is a must for resellers that need to suspend domains for non-payment etc.
